1. Manage clients’ daily accounting operations, including the accounting treatment of revenue, costs, expenses, fixed assets, receivables and payables, and banking transactions;
2. Review source documents, bank statements, contracts, invoices, and other financial records to ensure that accounting documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with the accounting regulations of Uzbekistan;
3. Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures and prepare balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and relevant management reports;
4. Calculate, review, and file value-added tax (VAT), corporate income tax, personal income tax, social tax, and other applicable taxes and charges;
5. Operate and manage electronic invoicing systems, the electronic tax portal, online banking platforms, and other government finance and tax systems;
6. Perform bank reconciliations, reconcile balances with suppliers and customers, manage accounts receivable and payable, and promptly identify and resolve accounting discrepancies;
7. Assist clients in establishing and improving accounting policies, financial management systems, expense reimbursement procedures, and internal control systems;
8. Support annual audits, tax inspections, and government reviews by preparing financial statements, accounting vouchers, and related explanatory materials;
9. Supervise and review the work of junior accounting staff, allocate tasks appropriately, and ensure that accounting services are delivered accurately and on time;
10. Maintain effective communication with Chinese clients, local accounting personnel in Uzbekistan, banks, tax authorities, and audit firms;
11. Assist with adjustments arising from differences between Chinese and Uzbek accounting practices, financial data analysis, and the preparation of management reports according to clients’ management needs;
12. Complete other accounting, financial, and tax-related tasks assigned by the company.

1. A bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting, auditing, economics, business administration, or a related field;
2. A relevant Uzbek accountant qualification certificate or other professional credential;
3. At least five years of experience in corporate finance and accounting, an accounting firm, or a tax and financial services organization, including at least two years as a lead accountant or senior accountant;
4. Strong knowledge of Uzbek accounting standards, tax law, labor regulations, and corporate financial management requirements;
5. Ability to independently complete full-cycle accounting, tax filings, monthly closing, and annual financial statement preparation;
6. Proficiency in 1C accounting software, Excel, the electronic tax portal, electronic invoicing systems, and online banking platforms;
7. Strong English and Russian listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills are mandatory, with the ability to use both languages for daily communication, client coordination, and professional document processing;
8. A meticulous and responsible approach to work, with strong data analysis, risk identification, and problem-solving abilities;
9. Strong team management, client communication, and work coordination skills.

10. Preferred Qualifications

11. ACCA, CPA, DipIFR, or other international accounting or auditing qualifications;
12. Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);
13. Experience working at an accounting firm, international tax and financial consulting organization, or foreign-invested enterprise;
14. Understanding of the accounting, tax, and cross-border fund management needs of Chinese-invested enterprises in Uzbekistan;
15. Accounting experience in construction, energy, power, manufacturing, trading, or cross-border services;
16. Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems, with experience in data integration between ERP and 1C systems;
17. Ability to communicate in Chinese or read Chinese financial materials is preferred;
18. Experience leading an accounting team, reviewing the work of multiple accountants, or managing multiple client projects.

Competitive Salary: A monthly salary of USD 2,000–3,000. Higher compensation may be offered to outstanding candidates based on qualifications and capabilities.
