Business Development & Marketing Manager (UAE Market)

About Gulizar

Gulizar is a manufacturer of custom handmade mosaic artworks, specializing in luxury architectural, artistic, Islamic, and decorative mosaic projects. We work with architects, interior designers, developers, hotels, museums, mosques, and private clients to create unique, high-quality mosaic installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness in the UAE.
• Generate new business opportunities and establish partnerships with architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, hotels, and government projects.
• Represent Gulizar in meetings, exhibitions, networking events, and industry conferences.
• Manage company presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Create and oversee marketing campaigns, presentations, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Identify and approach potential clients and partners across the UAE.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate lead generation activities and maintain CRM records.
• Assist in preparing project proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the construction and design industries.

Requirements

• Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, business development, sales, or account management.
• Experience in luxury interiors, architecture, construction, art, design, hospitality, or related industries is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to confidently communicate with high-level clients and stakeholders.
• Proven experience generating leads and closing business opportunities.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media marketing, and branding.
• Familiarity with the UAE market and business culture.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented personality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing network within the UAE architecture, interior design, hospitality, or construction sectors.
• Experience working with premium or luxury brands.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
• Experience managing exhibitions and trade events.
