Key Responsibilities

• Organize and control the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials at the site
• Coordinate logistics processes and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
• Maintain warehouse records, monitor stock levels, and track material movements
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and transport service providers
• Ensure compliance with storage standards, procedures, and inventory control regulations
• Prepare regular reports on material movement and logistics performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and HSE standards

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations
• Experience in industrial or remote site/shift-based projects is an advantage
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes and material control documentation
• Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory/accounting systems
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment
• Willingness to work on a 28/28 rotation shift schedule
• English - upper intermedite
