Cambridge ICT / Computer Science Teacher (IGCSE & A Level)

Maarif Educational Complex is seeking a qualified and passionate ICT / Computer Science Teacher to join our international team and deliver high-quality instruction within the Cambridge IGCSE and A Level programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Cambridge IGCSE and/or A Level ICT / Computer Science.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with Cambridge International standards.
• Prepare students for external Cambridge examinations.
• Teach key areas such as programming, algorithms, data handling, and digital literacy.
• Assess, monitor, and report student progress regularly.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
• Maintain a positive, structured, and supportive classroom environment.
• Contribute to curriculum development and departmental activities.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, ICT, Education, or a related field.
• Teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience.
• Experience teaching Cambridge IGCSE and/or A Level ICT or Computer Science is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages and ICT tools.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment.
