Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and administer contracts, agreements, and service orders.
- Prepare tender documentation and coordinate the tendering process.
- Negotiate with contractors and suppliers.
- Monitor contract execution, costs, and schedules.
- Prepare contract amendments and supporting documentation.
- Liaise with Legal, Sponsors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contracting procedures, and applicable legislation.
Requirements:
- Higher education in Business, Finance, Liberal Arts, or a Technical field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in contracts administration, procurement, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Kazakh, Russian, and English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
- Experience in preparing and reviewing contractual documentation.
- Negotiation and tender management experience is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
