We are looking for an CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our growing fintech team.
This role is focused on turning applicants, leads, and inactive clients into active clients through smart, structured, and data-driven communication campaigns.
You will work with our proprietary AI-based marketing platform to build conversion flows across email, SMS, messengers, and other direct communication channels. Your goal will be to increase activation, improve engagement, and help more clients successfully start using our services.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who understands customer journeys, automation, lifecycle marketing, and performance-driven communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage campaigns that convert applicants, leads, and inactive clients into active users.
- Use our AI-based marketing platform to create automated communication flows.
- Work with email, SMS, messengers, and other direct marketing channels.
- Segment audiences and create targeted communication based on client status, behaviour, and activity.
- Develop onboarding, activation, reactivation, reminder, and follow-up campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance, conversion rates, engagement, and client behaviour.
- Test different messages, channels, timings, and audience segments.
- Identify weak points in the client journey and suggest improvements.
- Work closely with Sales, Support, Product, Compliance, and Operations teams.
- Prepare reports and insights on activation and conversion performance.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in a similar role, such as CRM Marketing Manager, Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Retention Manager, Marketing Automation Manager, or Client Activation Manager from 2+ years.
- Strong experience with email, SMS, messengers, and automated communication flows.
- Good understanding of customer journeys, funnels, segmentation, and conversion campaigns.
- Ability to work with data and make decisions based on performance results.
- Strong communication and copywriting skills.
- Organized, proactive, and result-oriented approach.
- Experience in fintech, payments, crypto, financial services, SaaS, or digital platforms is a strong advantage.
- Good English communication skills.
