We are seeking a Junior Operations Specialist to join our international team in an entry-level, remote role, we welcome applications from candidates based anywhere in Belarus, with full training provided on technical profile analysis and validation. This position is ideal for someone ready to actively get involved and learn a lot of new information during the initial training period, with a desire to develop in candidate pre-screening. No previous IT experience is necessary for this opening
Responsibilities:

Analyze profiles of IT specialists from diverse markets

Support the profile development of the EPAM brand and enlistment of the topmost talent

Utilize internal company tools, systems and documents

Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments
Requirements:

Proficiency in English (B1+)

Skills in MS Office

Good communication and social skills

Capability to analyze and decide based on previous actions

Adaptability to business changes and a proactive approach
