- The job holder provides engineering and support and coordination of activities in support of the Team Lead, Head of Project Development and Project Manager.
- The Project Engineer has responsibility for a defined sub-Scope Of Work (SOW) for the project and works closely to guide and influence engineering and construction /commissioning / start up support of the assigned work in compliance with defined standards and consistent with the Project Objectives.
- The Project Engineer will assist in the implementation and adherence of the CLIENT Project Management Systems and procedures, engineering standards and specifications.
- Actively participates and in project planning, execution, safety, construction, cost estimation, project controls, scheduling, contracting, logistics and materials, installation, HUC, and startup of the new facilities within their SOW.
- Degree in Engineering.
- Not less than 3 years of experience in working as a Project Engineer for a major oil/gas company and/or a contractor providing engineering or EPC services
- Not less than 2 years of experience with oil/gas field capital projects, including leadership roles and international assignments experience in all phases of project design, procurement, fabrication, installation and commissioning and relevant contractual aspects
