We are looking for an AI Developer to help us turn manual business processes into scalable AI-powered automations.

In this role, you will work closely with department heads to understand how their teams operate, identify repetitive tasks and bottlenecks, and build practical solutions using AI agents, APIs, and workflow automation tools.

What you will do

• Build AI agents using Claude API and other LLM APIs, including function calling, tools, and structured workflows.
• Design and implement AI-powered automations using n8n, Zapier, Make, and similar platforms.
• Integrate internal services, CRM systems, databases, and third-party tools through REST APIs and webhooks.
• Develop backend services and integrations using Python or JavaScript.
• Work directly with department heads to understand business processes and transform manual work into reliable AI automations.
• Maintain, improve, and document existing automations and AI solutions.
• Independently review technical documentation and select the best implementation approach for each task.

Requirements

• 2+ years of software development experience.
• Strong Python or JavaScript skills.
• Hands-on experience building AI automations in real business environments.
• Experience working with LLM APIs such as Claude, OpenAI, or Anthropic.
• Experience building AI agents with function calling, tools, and API-based actions.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and API integrations.
• Ability to independently read and work with technical documentation.
• English level: B1 or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience with n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar workflow automation platforms.
• Understanding of CRM systems and their integrations.
• Experience working with databases and internal business systems.
• Strong understanding of business processes and operational workflows.
• Experience communicating directly with non-technical stakeholders.
