Responsibilities

1. Assist the head cook with food preparation, including washing, cutting, and sorting ingredients.

2. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining area, including stoves, cutting boards, floors, and washing/disinfecting utensils.

3. Assist with meal serving, food distribution, and post-meal clean-up.

4. Store ingredients and seasonings properly, keep storage areas organized, and assist with inventory checks.

5. Complete other kitchen-related tasks assigned by the head cook or logistics supervisor.

Requirements

1. Physically fit and in good health; hold a valid health certificate or be willing to obtain one.

2. Hardworking, with good personal and food hygiene practices.

3. Previous experience in a kitchen or catering service is preferred.

4. Able to follow instructions and work well within a team.

Terms

1. Daily Salary: 1,500 KGS/day, paid on a monthly basis.

2. Board & Lodging: Free meals and accommodation provided by the company.

3. Contract Type: Short-term or long-term labor contract based on project needs; specific duration to be negotiated.
