Areas of responsibility:

• Review and approval of contracts and legal documents in the DMS (СЭД)
• Legal support of corporate and contractual matters of the Group
• Monitoring legal risks and development of preventive solutions
• Structuring of transactions and complex business matters
• Interaction with and supervision of external legal consultants
• Development of policies, SOPs, and documentation of legal processes
• Analysis of dispute-related and international cases, including tenders
• Developing the legal function as a business partner by proactively managing legal risks and improving the efficiency of legal processes

What do we expect:

• Higher legal education, at least 5 years of experience (logistics / TSL is an advantage)
• Strong knowledge of contract and corporate law
• Hands-on experience with logistics and customs processes, risks, and documentation
• Skills in deal structuring, risk assessment, and legal solution modeling
• Experience working with DMS, document management, archiving, and regulations
• Experience interacting with external and internal consultants, legal correspondence
• Fluent Russian; English at B2 level or higher (Turkish is a plus)
• Analytical mindset, independence, accuracy with documentation, adaptability to change.

• Work schedule 5/2 09:00-18:00
