Responsibilities

• Perform written translation of technical documentation (RU / EN / TJ)
• Translate specifications, manuals, reports, and contracts
• Translate documents to/from Tajik language
• Review and edit translations for accuracy and consistency
• Ensure correct use of technical terminology
• Collaborate with technical specialists
• Required to have general understanding of how projects are carried out, including Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and labor legislation

Requirements

• Higher education (Linguistics / Translation / Technical field)
• 5 years of experience as a technical translator
• Language skills:
  • Russian — fluent
  • English — Upper-Intermediate or higher
  • Tajik — mandatory (written and spoken)
• Experience with technical documentation
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• High attention to detail
• Experience in engineering / industrial companies
• Knowledge of technical terminology (engineering, certification, inspection, etc.)
