Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inspection of civil works in accordance with project specifications, ITPs, approved drawings, and applicable standards.
• Monitor ongoing civil construction activities to ensure full compliance with QA/QC requirements.
• Verify materials, reinforcement, concrete works, earthworks, and related civil activities on site.
• Review and ensure proper implementation of method statements, procedures, and quality plans.
• Prepare and submit inspection reports (IRs), NCRs, and other QA/QC documentation in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, and QA/QC engineers to ensure quality compliance.
• Participate in site inspections, audits, and quality surveillance activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Kazakhstan legislation and project QA/QC standards.

Key Requirements:

• Higher education or technical diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction QA/QC inspection roles.
• Experience in industrial construction, petrochemical, chemical, manufacturing, EPC, or process plant projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil works inspection, concrete works, reinforcement, earthworks, and related activities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, method statements, and ITPs.
• Familiarity with international standards (ASTM, BS, ACI or equivalent).
• Knowledge of QA/QC procedures and documentation systems.
• English language proficiency above intermediate level is mandatory (upper-intermediate or higher, both written and spoken).
• Chinese language will be considered an advantage.
