Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced, passionate and result-driven Product Manager to take ownership of our OTC pharmaceutical portfolio (3-4 brands) and drive its to the next level. This is a great opportunity for someone who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on marketing approach and is eager to influence product success in a dynamic pharmaceutical environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and execute powerful brand strategies that deliver sustainable growth. Or adapt global brand strategies locally for OTC products
• Deep dive into market trends, competitors, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities
• Lead product lifecycle management – from idea to launch and beyond
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, regulatory, global teams)
• Prepare and monitor marketing budgets and forecasts
• Drive promotional activities and campaigns in line with company objectives
• Plan, organize and execute Online&Offline Marketing Events
• Monitor product performance and adjust strategies accordingly
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory and ethical standards

Requirements:

• Higher education in Medicine. Additional Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing would be an advantage.
• Proven experience as a Product/ Marketing Manager in a pharmaceutical company (2+ years)
• Experience working with OTC products as an advantage
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Good understanding of consumer-driven healthcare markets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (mandatory, both written/spoken), the candidates may be required to pass a language assessment to confirm the level.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical market dynamics
