Main Responsibilities:
Manage local IT infrastructure (workstations, servers, and network).
Provide end-user and hardware support, troubleshoot incidents and technical issues.
Act as a liaison between local users, the global IT team, Service Desk, and external vendors.
Configure and support laptops, mobile devices, printers, meeting rooms, and office equipment.
Manage IT assets, software licenses, and hardware procurement.
Support IT security, backup processes, and technical documentation.
Support mobile and office telephony systems.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure and end-user support.
Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365/O365.
Knowledge of LAN/WAN, virtualization, backup solutions, and network infrastructure.
Experience with MDM, mobile devices, printers, and peripheral equipment.
Understanding of ITIL and Service Desk processes.
Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills.
English proficiency for verbal and written communication.
Experience in an international environment and interaction with global IT teams is considered an advantage.
