Contec Medical Systems Sales Manager Recruitment

Contec Medical Systems is a leading medical device manufacturer and we are seeking a talented sales manager to join our team.
As our sales manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with key clients, and expanding our presence in the Kyrgyzstan market. With a proven track record in medical device sales, you will leverage your expertise to drive revenue growth and achieve our ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the Kyrgyzstan market
Identify and target key clients and develop strong relationships to secure new business
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral and promotional materials
Attend industry events and conferences to network with key stakeholders and build brand awareness
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and threats
Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to senior management

Requirements
Proven track record in medical device sales, preferably in the Kyrgyzstan market
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop and execute a sales strategy
Knowledge of medical regulations and healthcare systems in Kyrgyzstan
Fluent in English, Russian & Kyrgyz
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel within Kyrgyzstan and internationally as required
