Key Responsibilities:
- Direct KPI management (Repeated repair and Return Material Authorization (RMA) prevention, repair technical support and control by following company’s policy, TV component repair)
- Authorized Service Centers (ASC) support (Q&A, mail, chat, call, system issues)
- Return Material Authorization process (Beyond repair confirmation)
- Providing online/offline/on-site trainings and demonstrations to ASC engineers (New model, technical bulletins, by FAQ, UPC Sampling, translate necessary manuals/bulletins to local language and upload in related system)
- Product quality issues reporting to Regional Headquarters/Main headquarters (massive/abnormal detected defects during repairs, detected defects in UZ market)
- Participate on necessary spare parts ordering/forecasting process (support Parts specialists)
- Product Liability (PL) cases checking and reporting to management, support ASC with decision (the legal responsibility of company for injuries or damages to customers caused by defective consumer electronics)
Requirements:
- Experience in Engineering/Technical Support (TV, monitor, etc.)
- MS Office – advanced user
- Data visualization (preferred)
- Russian/English -Fluent
- Excellent communication skills in UZ, RU, EN
- Excel, PPT knowledge
- Capability of managing multiple tasks
- Self disciplined and result oriented
