An international FMCG (food) company is looking for Territory Sales Manager, Atyrau.
We are looking for result-driven sales leader with strong people management and analytical skills, experienced in implementing company strategy, developing sales channels, leading and motivating teams, and driving business performance in a dynamic, multi-regional environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Implementation of the company’s strategy in Atyrau and Aktau, coordination of short-term and long-term objectives
- Identifying and activating new sales opportunities and channels
- Ability to effectively coordinate and motivate the sales team
- Maintaining close collaboration with the distributor to control inventory levels and service quality
- Participation in cross-functional projects within the company
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other analytical tools
