- Perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) using VT, PT, MT, UT, and RT methods in accordance with approved procedures and applicable codes.
- Conduct visual inspections before, during, and after welding activities.
- Review inspection procedures, project specifications, drawings, and applicable standards before testing.
- Verify calibration and operational condition of NDT equipment prior to inspection.
- Interpret and evaluate test results in accordance with ASME, API, AWS, ISO, and client requirements.
- Identify, record, and report defects and non-conformities.
- Prepare NDT reports, inspection records, and quality documentation.
- Verify material identification and traceability before inspection.
- Coordinate inspection activities with QA/QC personnel, welding inspectors, and client representatives.
- Witness and verify repair work and perform re-inspection after defect removal.
- Ensure compliance with Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), project specifications, and quality procedures.
- Maintain NDT equipment and ensure valid calibration certificates are available.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits.
- Follow HSE requirements and safe work practices during all inspection activities.
- Fluent English language skills.
