Our client – leading medical devices company is looking for a Field service engineer in Saint Petersburg.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct maintenance and repairs of company products to meet specified standards
- Deliver comprehensive test and service reports
- Upgrade company products as needed
- Generate detailed reports for office and field-related activities
- Manage orders for fixtures, spare parts, and local instrumentation essential for repairs
- Assisting Сompany`s personnel, service partners and dealers by providing information on servicing or repair status
- Perform installations and setups for Company`s products, including assembly, disassembly, and turnover of demo equipment
- Provide technical information support to various teams to ensure smooth Technical Service operations
Requirements:
- Engineering background in Mechanical, Electrical or Biomedical field
- Significant experience in maintenance & trouble-shooting of high technicality equipment is obligatory
- English spoken and written (at least intermediate)
- Ability to travel up to 80% of working time
