To further optimize our internal financial management system and standardize overall accounting processes, we are now looking for an experienced and professional Senior Finance Accountant to join our team and support the steady development of our financial department.

Work Location

No.35, Sha Valikhanov Street, Zhambyl Village, Zhambyl Rural District, Baydibek District, Turkistan Region, Republic of Kazakhstan

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00-18:00, weekend off, statutory holidays follow official national arrangement

Key Job Responsibilities

• Complete daily financial accounting work independently, including bookkeeping, voucher review, account reconciliation, monthly closing, quarterly closing and year-end closing;

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, financial analysis reports and related management reports, and submit them to management on schedule;

• Handle tax declaration, tax audit, invoice management and other daily tax-related work, ensure full compliance with local tax laws and financial regulations;

• Sort out and standardize financial workflows, check financial data regularly to eliminate account differences and control financial risks;

• Cooperate with internal and external audits, provide complete financial documents and accounting data as required;

• Communicate fluently with Chinese internal team, suppliers and relevant government departments to complete daily financial docking work;

• Assist in financial budget compilation, cost accounting and fund management, especially be responsible for professional accounting work matching agricultural industry business characteristics.

Job Requirements

Mandatory Requirements

1. Working Experience: More than 5 years of formal full-time working experience in financial accounting field, with complete experience in full-cycle financial bookkeeping and statement preparation;

2. Language Skill: Fluent in both oral and written Chinese, able to communicate and work with Chinese colleagues without language barriers;

3. Professional Competence: Familiar with national financial accounting standards, tax policies and mainstream financial software; proficient in full-set bookkeeping independently;

4. Personal Quality: Rigorous and careful in work, strong sense of responsibility, good data sensitivity and teamwork awareness, able to work under regular financial closing pressure.

Preferred Requirements (Priority for Candidates Meeting Below Conditions)

• Candidates with agricultural industry accounting experience are highly preferred, familiar with the accounting characteristics of agricultural planting, agricultural product inventory, agricultural subsidy accounting, agricultural supply chain settlement and other special business scenarios;

• Hold professional accounting certificates such as Intermediate Accountant Certificate, CPA or ACCA;

• Familiar with Kingdee, UFIDA or other mainstream Chinese financial ERP systems.
