Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
* Communicate with drivers via phone and messaging
* Assist drivers in resolving daily operational issues
* Maintain constant communication with drivers throughout their trips
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
* Provide excellent customer support and build strong driver relationships
