Responsibilities

• Participate in sales planning for the Uzbekistan automotive market.
• Place production orders in the manufacturer’s system.
• Coordinate order confirmation and related communication with the manufacturer and headquarters.
• Support the preparation and signing process of contracts with the manufacturer.
• Prepare vehicle supply orders from the distributor’s warehouse to dealers.
• Monitor dealer payments and coordinate vehicle shipments from the warehouse to dealers.
• Prepare regular reports on sales, orders, stock, payments and shipments.
• Prepare regular sales and operational reports for headquarters.
• Monitor competitors’ prices, promotions, discounts and market activities.
• Prepare reports for dealers related to bonus programs.
• Check and control data related to dealer bonus calculation and payment.
• Review bank reports on issued autoloans.
• Prepare information related to bank commission payments in coordination with the finance team.
• Communicate with dealers, headquarters, warehouse, finance department and other internal departments on sales operations matters.

Requirements

• Higher education in Economics, Finance, Management, Logistics, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, order management, sales planning, dealer operations, logistics, commercial analysis or a related area.
• Experience in the automotive industry, distribution business or dealer network will be an advantage.
• Strong MS Excel skills: tables, formulas, data checking, reporting and analysis.
• Ability to work with large volumes of data and numerical information.
• Experience in preparing regular reports.
• Strong attention to detail, responsibility and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with several departments and external partners at the same time.
• Fluent Russian and English is required.
• Knowledge of Chinese will be an additional advantage.

• Understanding of automotive sales processes and dealer network operations.
• Experience with ERP, CRM or internal corporate systems.
• Experience in communication with manufacturers, headquarters or regional teams.
• Experience in preparing reports on sales, bonuses, shipments and payments.
• Experience in working with banks, credit reports or commission-related documents.
