Город: Ташкент
Занятость: Полная, 6/1
Опыт работы: От 1 года до 3 лет
Juru is looking for a People Operations Specialist who will be part of our People Operations team in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The person in this role is responsible for real outcomes: how well people are hired, how smoothly they’re onboarded, how fairly they’re reviewed, how connected they feel, and how much they grow. This role is a full time, work from an office opportunity.
Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
Key responsibilities:
Hiring & Onboarding
- You’ll coordinate recruitment across our business units — managing pipelines, running screening and interviews, keeping hiring managers informed, and making sure the process feels fair for every candidate;
- You know hiring went well when candidates — including those who didn’t get the role — rate the experience at least a 7 out of 10; when a new joiner rates their onboarding at least a 7 out of 10; and when, three years later, the person is still here and growing.
Internship Program
- You run the internship selection process end-to-end. The standard we hold ourselves to at least 70% of interns convert to full-time roles after three months. That’s one of the metrics, and what’s even more important is the real contribution of interns in the long term.
Performance Review
- You own the full review cycle for the whole company. At least 95% completion, calibrated scores, and a clean analytics summary for leadership at the end. The cycle should run without constant chasing and leave people feeling the process was fair.
Employee Engagement
- You design and run employee surveys and turn the results into something leadership can act on — not just a response rate, but an honest read of what’s going on. You also organize team-building activities: the planning and logistics are yours, the culture belongs to the team.
Learning & Development
- Once the Head of People identifies what’s needed, you take it from there. Finding providers, managing formats and logistics, making sure programs happen on time and people walk away rating the experience positively.
Who you are
Ownership is the word that matters most here. If something under this role isn’t working, you notice it, you say something, and you do something about it.
- You keep several things moving at once without losing detail on any of them;
- You communicate clearly with candidates, team heads, and leadership — and adjust depending on who you’re talking to;
- You ask good questions before jumping to conclusions;
- You’re genuinely interested in people and what makes organizations work well.
Key requirements:
Essential:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Social Sciences, Psychology, or a related field;
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment coordination, or a people-facing role;
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously;
- Strong communication skills in English and Uzbek & Russian can be an advantage;
- Comfort with digital tools; you learn new platforms without friction.
Nice to have:
- Experience with structured hiring or assessment design;
- Prior involvement in internship or early-career programs;
- Exposure to L&D or training logistics.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary package that reflects your experience and contribution.
- We support our team's well-being and life milestones with several benefits.
- Learning and development opportunities, including on-the-job and online training, will be provided.
- Our office is located in the city center, offering a comfortable and professional space to work.
- This is where your career at Juru starts, not where it stays. The person who builds genuine competence here will have a clear path into more strategic directions, including people analytics, compensation and benefits design, organizational development, and other aspects of people operations.
