Job Summary:

The Senior Revenue Accountant is responsible for overseeing accounting operations related to airline partners, ensuring accurate financial transactions, reconciliations, and timely settlements. The role leads the accounting team, ensures compliance with accounting standards, and collaborates with internal departments and airline partners to support efficient financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage accounting transactions in the Oracle ERP system
• Monitor accruals, incoming payments, and settlements with counterparties
• Ensure accurate data maintenance in Oracle, TAMS, CMS, and the Electronic Invoice Information System (IS ESF)
• Review and maintain reconciliation statements, invoices, and analytical reports
• Monitor accounts receivable, provisions, and timely payments
• Prepare and coordinate accounting documents and participate in the month-end/period-end closing process
• Manage a team of 7–8 employees
• Collaborate with business partners and internal departments

Qualifications Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience as an Accountant or Economist
• Previous experience managing a team
• Knowledge of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, accounting standards, and labor legislation
• Strong understanding of accounting entries and the chart of accounts
• High attention to detail, responsibility, and the ability to work with large volumes of data
• Experience working with government online systems (IS ESF, statistical reporting portals, etc.)
• English proficiency of at least B1 (Intermediate), both written and spoken
• Experience with Oracle will be considered an advantage
