What You Will Do
-
Own day-to-day legal support for the company's operations across multiple jurisdictions, including our Singapore entity

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements — Service Agreements, NDAs, partnership agreements, and vendor contracts

Advise leadership on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters, bringing solutions, not just flags

Support employment and independent contractor-related legal matters across our distributed team

Identify legal risks early and propose practical, business-oriented solutions

Maintain legal templates, documentation, and internal policies as the company scales

Coordinate with external legal advisors when local legal expertise is required

Support corporate governance, compliance, visa, and other legal matters as needed
Who We're Looking For
-
3+ years of experience as a Legal Counsel, Corporate Lawyer, or similar role
-
Experience supporting international B2B companies

Strong track record drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts

Experience in SaaS, IT, FinTech, Web3, or another technology-driven industry

Solid understanding of international commercial and corporate law

Russian and English (B2 or higher)

Comfortable working independently, prioritizing your own workload, and communicating directly with business stakeholders

Experience supporting compliance audits or certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001, DORA, or similar) is a strong plus
