- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies, branding, and digital marketing.
- Experience in business development and market analysis.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and networking abilities.
- Fluent in English.
