Junior Graphic Designer / SMM Designer

Premier Trucking Group is looking for a motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our Tashkent back-office team.

This role is ideal for someone who has a good design eye, strong Canva skills, and wants to grow professionally in branding, social media design, and corporate visual communication.

You will support the company’s visual identity across social media, internal communications, job posting visuals, and branded company materials. This is a full-time office position with real responsibility and a clear growth path.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Branding

Create branded graphics, banners, and visual materials for company use, including:

• Social media posts for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Job posting visuals
• Internal company announcements
• HR and office news visuals
• Simple branded layouts and templates

Maintain a consistent visual style across all Premier Trucking Group materials using company brand assets, colors, and guidelines.

Social Media Support

Manage and support company social media pages on a daily basis, including:

• Posting scheduled content
• Monitoring comments and direct messages
• Responding professionally to basic messages
• Reporting urgent or sensitive messages to management
• Helping maintain a simple content calendar

Requirements:

Must-Have Skills

• Strong knowledge of Canva
• Good understanding of basic design principles: layout, colors, spacing, typography
• Familiarity with Instagram and Facebook
• Ability to create clean, professional, and visually consistent designs
• Attention to detail
• Organized file management habits
• Ability to work independently
• Willingness to receive feedback and improve work quickly
• Strong Russian and English

Nice to Have

• Basic Adobe Photoshop knowledge
• Basic Adobe Illustrator knowledge
• Basic Figma knowledge
• Experience creating social media content
• Portfolio on Behance, Google Drive, Canva, or PDF format

Important Note

This is not a remote or freelance position. The selected candidate will work from our Tashkent office during standard business hours.

This is also not a senior designer or art director role. We are looking for a junior candidate who can execute tasks with quality, follow brand direction, ask smart questions, and grow over time.
