Reuirements:
- Proven experience in booking and coordinating cargo collection between Vendors and Logistics Service Providers (LSCP).
- Deep knowledge of transportation and commercial documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, delivery advice, bills of lading, and sales orders.
- Strong understanding of internal compliance and project-specific logistics procedures.
- Hands-on experience coordinating complex shipment execution with LSCPs, covering both offshore and onshore logistics.
- Demonstrated ability to monitor end-to-end shipments, ensure full status visibility, and proactively report risks to Project Management.
- Experience in financial control, specifically reviewing and approving freight costs against contractual price lists.
- Proficiency in logistics IT systems, with mandatory or preferred experience in Marian ERP and shipment management software.
