We are looking for Assistant to Managing Director with good command of English.
Responsibilities:
- To provide administrative support to the Managing Director;
- Organizing and scheduling of working meetings and conference-calls;
- To support official document workflow;
- To accept documents to be signed by Directors
- Translation support (documents, presentations by request);
- To prepare and/or control the preparation of all necessary documents for business trips of Director and Managers of the department; to prepare documents for visas;
- Travelling issues for the Director, Managers and guests of the department (reserve tickets and hotels, accomodation, flights, travel expences, advance reports);
- To translate the documentation and letters from Russian into English and vice versa and also interpretation if it is needed during the meetings
- Other duties by demand.
Requirements:
- Working experience not less than 2 years at the same position
- University degree
- Fluent English, knowledge of Kazakh is preferable
- Advanced user of MS Office, office equipment
- Good interpersonal communication skills, self-organized. proactive.
