We are looking for a Creative Communication Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing creative communication strategies for the Infinix brand in the local market.
This is a key role focused on strengthening the brand’s presence in the digital space, developing high-quality content, and ensuring effective communication with the audience through modern formats and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media communication strategies
- Adapt global brand guidelines to the local market
- Define tone of voice and key brand messaging
- Analyze market and audience insights, applying best practices\
Creative & Content
- Develop creative concepts for campaigns and product launches
- Build content strategies for platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Telegram)
- Ensure consistency of visual and communication style across all channels
- Control the quality of all published materials
Production Management
- Prepare briefs for photo and video production
- Collaborate with external contractors and agencies
- Manage the full content production cycle
- Ensure all outputs meet campaign objectives and brand standards
Trends & Innovation
- Monitor digital and social media trends
- Identify new content formats and ideas
- Implement innovative approaches in brand communication
Analytics & Performance
- Analyze content and campaign performance
- Work with key metrics (reach, engagement, audience growth, etc.)
- Prepare reports and recommendations for improvement
- Optimize strategies based on data insights
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing team
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, SMM, and external partners
- Ensure consistency of communication across all channels
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in digital / SMM / creative communications
- Strong understanding of social media trends and content marketing
- Experience in developing content and communication strategies
- Experience working with production teams and external contractors
- Analytical mindset and ability to work with data
- Strong communication skills
