Social Media Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and passionate Social Media Manager to lead LETOILE GCC's social media presence across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes content, constantly follows social media trends, and knows how to turn ideas into engaging, high-performing content.

You should have a creative mindset, think outside the box, and be confident managing a small content team while driving innovative campaigns that grow our brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat.
• Create engaging, trend-driven, and creative content.
• Generate innovative content ideas, viral concepts, and campaign activations.
• Plan, manage, and oversee content production, including Reels, TikTok videos, photo shoots, and influencer collaborations.
• Manage and mentor the Social Media Executive and Videographer, ensuring high-quality content delivery.
• Work closely with designers, retail, and marketing teams to support campaigns and product launches.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to keep LETOILE ahead of the market.
• Analyze social media performance and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Manage the social media content calendar and ensure timely execution of all campaigns.
• Support store openings, beauty events, seasonal campaigns, and special activations.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of social media management experience in the UAE (beauty, fashion, luxury, or retail experience is a strong advantage).
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
• Ability to think outside the box and consistently bring fresh, innovative ideas.
• Experience creating highly engaging short-form video content.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
