We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join the development of a large-scale enterprise platform serving millions of users across the United States.

This role is prospective and has been created in line with the company’s planned team expansion.

• Work on a large-scale platform supporting millions of users across the United States.
• Be part of a long-term product with continuous development and business growth.
• Work on complex business domains involving telecom services, compliance, CRM, e-commerce, and government programs.
• Collaborate directly with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders.
• Make a real impact by shaping business processes and improving one of the company's core products.
• Opportunity to build deep domain expertise while working on a highly interconnected enterprise platform.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Model business processes, workflows, and system integrations.
• Create Business Scenarios, Use Cases, User Flows, and functional specifications.
• Build and maintain a centralized business knowledge base.
• Work closely with Product Managers and engineering teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders.
• Clarify requirements and support solution design discussions.
• Continuously improve documentation quality and business process transparency.

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience working on large enterprise software products.
• Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills.
• Experience modeling business processes and workflows.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• English level C1.

This position is part of an international product organization working closely with Product Managers and business stakeholders based in the United States.
The role requires regular overlap with the US Pacific Time zone. Working hours are 13:00–21:00 UTC / 16:00–00:00 GMT+3.
This schedule is essential for participating in daily collaboration, workshops, product discussions, backlog refinement, and business decision-making alongside the US product team.
