What You'll Do

• Complete visa applications accurately on consular and visa center portals
• Write professional cover letters and motivation letters in English tailored to each client's profile and destination country
• Prepare detailed travel itineraries for visa applications
• Book flights and hotel reservations for visa application packages
• Schedule appointments through consular and visa center portals
• Assemble complete and accurate visa application packages using documents provided by clients
• Review supporting documents for consistency and identify missing or conflicting information
• Research and verify current visa requirements using official government and visa center websites
• Track deadlines and manage multiple active cases simultaneously
• Maintain organized records and case documentation

What We Require

• Exceptional written English — non-negotiable. Your documents will be reviewed by consular officers, so grammar, clarity, professionalism, and attention to detail must be excellent.
• Outstanding attention to detail. Even small errors in visa applications can have serious consequences for clients.
• Ability to manage multiple cases while meeting deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Google Docs and modern AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude. You should know how to use AI efficiently while carefully verifying all generated content for accuracy.
• Reliability, accountability, and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in visa consulting, immigration services, or document preparation
• Familiarity with DS-160, IRCC, VFS Global, and BLS International
• Knowledge of US, Canadian, UK, or Schengen visa requirements

Terms

• Fully remote, full-time position
• USD 500/month during the first 3 months (probation period)
• Automatic increase to USD 600/month upon successful completion of the probation period
• Full training on our internal processes, standards, and templates provided

Application Process

Selected candidates will first complete a practical assessment designed to evaluate their English, attention to detail, research skills, and ability to follow instructions. Candidates who successfully pass the assessment will then be invited to an online interview before a final hiring decision is made.

The practical assessment may include tasks such as:

• Researching visa requirements using official government and visa center websites
• Identifying inconsistencies or missing information in a sample visa application
• Preparing a professional cover or motivation letter in English based on a fictional client profile
• Organizing and presenting information clearly and accurately

Your cover letter serves as your first writing sample and will be assessed for grammar, structure, clarity, and attention to detail. Applications submitted without a cover letter will not be considered.
