*HR Specialist / HR Manager*

A large international company is looking for an experienced HR Specialist / HR Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Administer employee hiring, transfer, and termination processes in internal company systems;
* Prepare HR documentation, including employment contracts, amendments, and internal memorandums;
* Collect and verify candidates’ personal data and required documents;
* Coordinate the signing of employment contracts and other HR-related documents;
* Arrange workplaces for new employees;
* Provide HR support and consultation on employee-related matters (leave requests, sick leave, business trips, training, etc.);
* Maintain and update employee records and databases;
* Collaborate with internal departments on HR administration matters.

Requirements:

* Fluent English language skills;
* Higher education degree;
* At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources;
* Practical experience in HR administration and personnel documentation;
* Strong attention to detail and high level of responsibility;
* Excellent document management skills;
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
