The ideal candidate will be responsible for all HR Operations, from recruitment, onboarding, personnel, T&D, payroll...etc.
Duties:
- Recruitment (CIS);
- Onboarding & Adaptation
- HR Brand Development;
- Support local HR processes
Requirements:
- Higher Education;
- English level - upper-intermediate, Russian - fluent;
- Experience in recruitment;
- Good communication skills
