- Supervise daily civil construction activities on site.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved IFC drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, surveyors, QC inspectors, and construction teams.
- Monitor work progress and report daily, weekly, and monthly status updates
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of site construction experience in industrial, infrastructure, or oil & gas projects.
- Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete foundations, formwork, rebar installation, surveying, and civil construction practices.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction reporting tools.
