Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations
- Monitor and track repair work orders in CRM system; ensure timely processing and closure
- Coordinate with authorized service centers on repair status, turnaround time (TAT), and escalation handling
- Generate weekly/monthly operational reports (repair volume, TAT compliance, parts consumption)
Spare Parts & Inventory
- Assist in spare parts ordering, receiving, and distribution to service points
- Maintain inventory records; conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Flag potential shortages or overstock situations to the operations lead
Partner & Internal Coordination
- Serve as daily contact point for service partners on operational matters (logistics, documentation, system access)
- Support onboarding of new service partners (documentation, system setup, training coordination)
- Liaise with regional warehouse and logistics teams on parts shipment tracking
Ad-hoc Support
- Assist in organizing training sessions for service partners
- Support data collection and analysis for operational reviews
- Other tasks as assigned by the operations lead
