Who We Are Looking For We are seeking a Native-Speaking English Language & Literature Teacher who shares our passion for the written word and wants to be part of something bigger than a typical teaching job. About Us:

- MILC school is a modern bilingual space with a proprietary curriculum, where we create an environment for in-depth study of English language and literature. We are seeking an experienced native-speaking educator who shares our passion for the written word and will help students not just learn the language, but fall in love with - English literature and culture.

About the Position:

- You will teach English Language and English Literature to students Grades 3-12. Our school operates on a bilingual model with an author-designed curriculum that integrates best practices from international education.

Responsibilities:

• Teach English Language and English Literature in strict accordance with our proprietary bilingual curriculum.
• Prepare students for international examinations (IB English A/B, A Level English Language & Literature, Cambridge exams).
• Develop students' skills in critical text analysis, academic writing, and public speaking in English.
• Conduct lessons actively using interactive whiteboards and multimedia materials.
• Maintain records and communicate with students and parents through our internal electronic journal system.
• Participate in methodological meetings, develop educational materials, and engage in professional development within the school.
• Support the English-speaking environment at school: participate in school events, interest clubs, and literary discussions.

Requirements:

• Native English speaker or C2/Near-native proficiency with impeccable academic literacy.
• Higher education (English Literature, Linguistics, Education, or related fields).
• Mandatory experience: teaching in international schools under IB (International Baccalaureate) and/or A Levels (Cambridge/Edexcel) programs.
• In-depth knowledge of IB English A (Language & Literature, Literature) and A Level English programs, understanding of assessment criteria and examination - board requirements.
• Experience preparing students for international exams with high results.
• Academic discipline: readiness to work within the school's established concept, without unauthorized deviations from the author's curriculum.
• Technological flexibility: our school uses its own electronic journal and specific software for interactive panels.
• Mandatory requirement - high motivation to quickly master our IT tools and actively apply them in lessons.
• Ability to engage students, make literature come alive and relevant, and find an approach to teenagers.
• Pedagogical tact, respect for cultural differences, love for your subject.
