About the role

Lead the Group’s sales and business development function, driving sustainable revenue growth, expanding our client base, and opening new markets and strategic opportunities.

As Head of Sales & Business Development, you will be responsible for building a high-performance commercial organization that combines relationship-driven business development with data-driven sales execution. You will play a critical role in accelerating the growth of the Group across all business lines, including Wealth Management, Private Finance, Corporate Services, and Digital Assets.


Key Responsibilities

Commercial Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute the Group’s sales and business development strategy across all business divisions.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities, market segments, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
  • Drive expansion into new markets, geographies, and client segments.
  • Build scalable commercial frameworks that support long-term business growth.

Sales Leadership

  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales and business development team.
  • Establish ambitious targets, KPIs, and performance management processes.
  • Create a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous achievement.
  • Coach and mentor team members to maximize performance and professional growth.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Development

  • Expand relationships with high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals, family offices, entrepreneurs, corporate clients, and strategic partners.
  • Develop and manage referral networks, introducers, intermediaries, and strategic alliances.
  • Represent the Group at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations and strategic client engagements.

Sales Operations & Performance Management

  • Design and implement a structured, data-driven sales process.
  • Ensure effective CRM utilization, pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and continuously optimize conversion rates and client acquisition efficiency.
  • Establish best practices for prospecting, relationship management, and client onboarding collaboration.

AI-Driven Sales Transformation

  • Lead the adoption of AI and automation within sales and business development operations.
  • Implement AI-powered lead scoring, sales analytics, opportunity prioritization, and client engagement tools.
  • Utilize technology to improve personalization, productivity, forecasting accuracy, and sales effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities to automate administrative processes and allow teams to focus on relationship building and revenue generation.

Requirements

Must-Have

  • Proven success in Sales, Business Development, Relationship Management, or Commercial Leadership roles within financial services, fintech, wealth management, private banking, professional services, or B2B environments.
  • Strong track record of revenue growth, client acquisition, and business expansion with measurable results.
  • Experience building, leading, and scaling high-performing commercial teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for winning business and exceeding targets.
  • Leadership qualities that inspire teams to perform at the highest level.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Established network among HNW/UHNW clients, family offices, entrepreneurs, intermediaries, or professional advisors.
  • Experience launching products, services, or businesses in new markets or geographies.
  • Experience working with wealth management, investment advisory, private finance, digital assets, payments, or financial technology solutions.
  • Familiarity with modern CRM platforms, sales analytics, and AI-enabled sales technologies.
