About Us

Citifuel LLC is an international company with offices in Uzbekistan and the USA, providing discount fuel card solutions across the United States. We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Representative (Deal Closer) to join our growing team.

Position Summary

The Deal Closer is responsible for converting qualified leads into successful sales by managing the final stages of the sales process. This role involves building strong relationships with potential clients, handling objections, negotiating terms, and confidently closing deals. The Deal Closer plays a key role in increasing revenue, improving conversion rates, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and contact potential customers through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods;
  • Build trust and maintain professional communication with prospects throughout the sales process;
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services;
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and clearly communicate product value;
  • Handle objections, negotiate terms, and successfully close sales;
  • Follow up with leads to maximize conversion rates;
  • Provide excellent customer service before and during the sales process;
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems and spreadsheets;
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance;
  • Prepare reports on sales performance, closed deals, and pipeline progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred (students are also welcome to apply);
  • Advanced turkish proficiency;
  • English B2;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Experience using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities;
  • Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

    Pozisyon zeti

    Deal Closer, nitelikli potansiyel mterileri baarl satlara dntrmekten sorumludur. Bu pozisyonda adaylardan mteri ilikileri kurmalar, mteri ihtiyalarn analiz etmeleri, itirazlar ynetmeleri, mzakereleri yrtmeleri ve satlar baaryla sonulandrmalar beklenmektedir. Bu rol, irket gelirlerinin artrlmasnda ve sat ekibinin baarsnda nemli bir yere sahiptir.

    Temel Sorumluluklar

  • Souk aramalar (cold calling), networking ve dier mteri bulma yntemleriyle yeni potansiyel mteriler kazanmak;

  • Sat sreci boyunca mterilerle gvene dayal profesyonel ilikiler kurmak;

  • Mteri ihtiyalarn analiz ederek uygun rn ve hizmetleri nermek;

  • Etkili sat sunumlar yapmak ve rnlerin salad avantajlar ak bir ekilde anlatmak;

  • Mteri itirazlarn ynetmek, mzakereleri yrtmek ve satlar baaryla sonulandrmak;

  • Potansiyel mterilerle dzenli takip grmeleri yaparak sat dnm orann artrmak;

  • Sat ncesinde ve sat srecinde yksek kaliteli mteri hizmeti sunmak;

  • CRM sistemi ve elektronik tablolar zerinden mteri bilgilerini ve sat faaliyetlerini dzenli olarak kayt altna almak;

  • Bireysel sat hedeflerini gerekletirmek ve ekip performansna katk salamak;

  • Sat performans, tamamlanan anlamalar ve sat sreci hakknda ynetime rapor hazrlamak.

  • Aranan Nitelikler

  • letme, Pazarlama veya ilgili bir blmden mezun olmak tercih sebebidir (renciler de bavurabilir);

  • Ana dil seviyesinde veya ileri dzey Trke;

  • En az B2 seviyesinde ngilizce;

  • Microsoft Office programlarna hakim olmak;

  • Google Sheets ve Microsoft Excel kullanabilmek;

  • Gl iletiim ve insan ilikileri becerilerine sahip olmak;

  • kna ve mzakere becerileri gelimi olmak;

  • Mteri ihtiyalarn anlayarak doru zmler sunabilmek;

  • Organizasyon ve zaman ynetimi konusunda baarl olmak.
