- Promoting and selling international tour packages.
- Building and maintaining relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and partners.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinating with operation team to ensure smooth tour execution.
- Preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Representing the company at travel exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events.
- Explaining products and services clearly
- Promoting and selling company products/services
- Identifying customer needs
- Following up with existing or potential clients
- Building long-term customer relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to speak confidently with customers face to face
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Ability to achieve sales targets
