As we continue to strengthen our global marketing efforts and evolve our brand presence, we are looking for a talented Brand & Marketing Designer to join our global team. This role is ideal for a creative professional who combines strong visual design skills with marketing awareness, digital expertise, and a passion for building compelling brand experiences across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Creative Assets

• Develop visual assets optimized for various digital platforms and audience segments.
• Design static and animated creatives for digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.), email marketing campaigns, social media content, whitepaper promotions, webinar marketing, and content distribution campaigns.

B2B Marketing & Sales Enablement

• Design premium pitch decks, case studies, whitepapers, product guides, catalogs, and other customer-facing materials.
• Translate complex technical and business concepts into clear, engaging visual communications.

Event & Print Design

• Create visual concepts for industry conferences, trade shows, exhibition booths, banners, photo zones, and branded environments.
• Prepare print-ready files for brochures, catalogs, merchandise, promotional materials, and corporate collateral according to production requirements and print specifications.

Web & UX/UI Design

• Collaborate with developers and no-code specialists to ensure seamless implementation, including Webflow-based projects.
• Design responsive website and landing page mockups in Figma for desktop and mobile experiences.
• Contribute to website optimization and user experience improvements; сreate UI components and visual assets for web platforms.

Brand Development & Design Systems

• Maintain and strengthen brand consistency across all communication channels in accordance with PSA brand guidelines; participate in the evolution of PSA’s visual identity, design systems, and creative standards.
• Develop reusable templates, UI kits, presentation masters, and internal design assets.

Motion Graphics & AI-Powered Creativity

• Create lightweight motion graphics, animated marketing content, and promotional videos for digital channels.
• Use AI-powered design tools to accelerate ideation, content creation, image editing, and production workflows while maintaining high design quality.

Collaboration

• Work closely with marketers, copywriters, sales managers, and other stakeholders to translate business messages into strong visual concepts.
• Communicate design decisions clearly and contribute creative ideas to marketing and brand initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Brand, Marketing, or Graphic Designer preferably in B2B tech, software, or high-tech industrial sectors (IoT, engineering, rail/infrastructure).
• Deep expertise in typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling across digital, print, and presentations.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience creating both static and animated/motion assets for digital and social platforms.
• Practical knowledge of AI-powered design workflows and tools.
• Experience in B2B demand generation will be a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end brand identity, marketing campaigns, and presentations.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

English Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to communicate confidently with native English-speaking colleagues, managers, partners, and vendors.
• Strong attention to grammar, spelling, punctuation, and overall quality of visual communication.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
