- Development and implementation of Procurement and Vendor Management standards within the Bank.
- Optimization of costs by contracting suitable suppliers at most competitive and favorable conditions and in accordance with Bank standards and requirements by controlling the expenditure. Ensuring that all external services are finalized with the establishment of contracts, supervision of implementation of the contracts and follow-up in time with the renewal.
- Preparation of documents to put out tenders and evaluations of proposals from contractors.
- Organization and management of Tender Committee, including minutes taking and records keeping.
- Preparation of necessary documents for the conclusion of contracts.
- Control over compliance with the terms of contracts, including checking that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and following up on any deficiencies.

- Higher education in business, management, economic
- Minimum 3–6 years' experience in Procurement and Vendor Management
- Procurement Management certification is preferred
- Knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements
- Fluent in English and Russian, Kazakh is an advantage
- Competence in Procurement and Vendor Management
- Effective inter-personal and communication skills
- Able to work on own initiative
- Good organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail
- Flexible, self-motivated, proactive and resilient approach
