- Maintain data backup and recovery procedures.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and cybersecurity standards.
- Support users with software and system training.
- Manage user accounts and system access permissions.
- Coordinate with external vendors when necessary.
- Prepare IT maintenance and performance reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
- Experience troubleshooting IT-related issues.
- Familiar with cybersecurity and data protection practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft operating systems and office applications.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to provide technical support to users.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Fluent in English
