TSS Logistics is looking to hire a Go Backend Developer to help build scalable, high-performance backend systems for our services, CRM, and warehouse/workflow automation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop backend functionality for service, customer relationship, and warehouse/workflow automation
- Build and maintain APIs using Fiber (Golang framework)
- Work with MongoDB for data storage and relationship management
- Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of backend systems
- Collaborate via GitHub and work with team members to design clean, maintainable solutions
Must-haves:
- 2+ years experience as a Go Backend Developer
- Strong knowledge of Go, Fiber, Docker, MongoDB, SQL, and database schema / query optimization
- Comfortable using GitHub in team environments
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Good communication skills in Uzbek and English
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g. CursorAI, or Github Copilot)
Nice to have:
- Experience integrating external CRM or logistics systems
- Experience launching SaaS products
- Experience with Frontend Reactjs and Tailwind css
