Would you like to work with leading global IT vendors, develop a partner network across Kazakhstan, and play a key role in business growth?

COMPANY is one of the leading IT equipment distributors and system integrators in the region. We partner with the world's top technology vendors and are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive the growth of our IBM & Enterprise Solutions business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand the partner network across Kazakhstan.
  • Promote IBM solutions and other leading enterprise IT technologies.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with partners and corporate customers.
  • Build and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Achieve sales targets and identify new business opportunities.
  • Analyze the market, competitors, and growth potential.
  • Coordinate the work of the Brand Manager and Systems Engineer on customer projects.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Logistics teams.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales of IT solutions.
  • Experience in IT distribution, system integration, or working with technology vendors.
  • Strong understanding of the full enterprise sales cycle.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
  • English proficiency: B1 (Intermediate) or higher.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to structure and present information effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and 1C.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of the Kazakhstan enterprise IT market.
  • Experience working with IBM solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle, Dell Technologies, HPE, NetApp, or other enterprise vendors.
  • An established network of partners or corporate customers.
