Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate the delivery of vehicles, spare parts, accessories, and aftersales materials;
• Manage the full logistics process from the supplier or manufacturing plant to warehouses, dealers, and service centers;
• Coordinate customs clearance and prepare the required shipping and customs documentation;
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of vehicles and spare parts;
• Monitor stock levels, inventory accuracy, backorders, and replenishment needs;
• Coordinate urgent, warranty, and customer-specific spare-parts orders;
• Work closely with Sales, Aftersales, Spare Parts, Warehouse, Finance, and Procurement teams;
• Handle transportation damage, shortages, losses, claims, and reverse logistics;
• Prepare logistics and inventory reports;
• Monitor and evaluate logistics providers, carriers, customs brokers, and warehouses.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field;
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, import, or distribution;
• Experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred;
• Experience with vehicle and spare-parts logistics will be a strong advantage;
• Good understanding of customs-clearance procedures, transportation, inventory management, and warehouse operations;
• Strong Microsoft Excel and data-management skills;
• Experience with ERP systems such as 1C, SAP, WMS, or similar systems;
• Good command of English and Russian;
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
