Lead Generation Specialist (Middle)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing client acquisition team and take ownership of building and scaling our outbound pipeline across key markets.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys researching target accounts, identifying decision-makers, running outbound campaigns, and contributing directly to revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify target accounts and prospects based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Qualify leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Execute and optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, email, events, referrals, ABM initiatives, roadshows, partnerships, etc.) to generate new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and update prospect data in CRM systems.
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve outreach strategies and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with business objectives.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, Sales Development, or outbound prospecting.
  • Hands-on experience with outbound outreach and prospect qualification.
  • Understanding of ICP, buyer personas, and B2B sales processes.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to campaign optimization.
  • Experience using AI tools to optimize workflows, automate processes, and improve lead generation efficiency.
  • English proficiency at Intermediate (B1+) level or higher.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Previous experience in SaaS, AI, or technology companies.
  • Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, Lemlist, Instantly, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working with international markets.
