Job Title: Visa Coordinator

Job Description:

Our company is looking for a Visa Coordinator to join our team. As a Visa Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and processing visa applications and work permits for our employees. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all visa requirements are met, and all necessary documents are submitted promptly.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and process visa applications and work permits

• Review visa application forms and supporting documents to ensure they are complete and accurate

• Communicate with employees to obtain missing documents and information

• Guide employees on visa application procedures and requirements

• Monitor visa application status and provide regular updates to employees

• Dealing with correspondence, incoming calls

• Greeting visitors

• Receiving, sorting, distributing and dispatching daily mail

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

• Fluent English

• At least 2 years of experience in visa coordination or a related field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
